Real Estate Website. It’s Bells are Getting Whistles!
Thursday, June 30th, 2011If there is one thing I hate about real estate web sites its that there is little you can do on them but browse property for sale. Now granted that is what most people go there for but it would be nice if they offered a few of the ancillary products that I want and need when I am selling a home.
Its just as valid if someone wants to buy my place because they too will be needing services like home loans, buiding inspections, pest inspections and the like.
Anyway when I was surfing the net last month I found a property website that fit the bill and who had obviously made a concerted effort to become a one stop property shop to cater for the needs of people who want more services in one place. For example if they buy my house I don't want to be charged a commission and this nifty little site called PropertyNow ensures a process whereby I don't have to. Add to that the presence on their site ( this is the one stop shop aspect again ) of a cheap home loan finder and I am really loving this groundbreaking property website.
